The sanctuary

Spatial stillness for deliberate movement

Sandhi House was built as an architectural buffer against urban momentum, pairing washed daylight with wide timber boards.

Studio principles

Material quiet and honest practice

We stripped away the sensory noise typical of commercial fitness spaces. Lime-washed plaster walls, acoustic cork underlay, and untreated organic cotton mats ensure that breath and alignment remain the sole anchors of your hour.

There are no mirrors, scoreboards, or competitive markers across our two movement rooms. Practitioners arrive without prerequisite standards, moving through grounding sequences shaped entirely around joint longevity and physical ease.
